Everything you need to know about delivery and returns in Lithuania.
Shipping
- Free standard shipping on every order across Lithuania.
- We ship with Omniva and LP Express.
- Orders placed before 14:00 are dispatched the same business day.
- Most deliveries arrive within 2–4 business days. Remote areas may take one extra day.
- You will receive a tracking number by email once your order is dispatched.

Return policy
- You have 14 days from delivery to request a return.
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
- Once we receive and inspect the return, we issue a refund to your original payment method.
- Return shipping is free — we provide a prepaid label after your request is approved.
- Sale items and items damaged through use are not eligible for return.
How to request a return
- Email us at homeasylithuania@gmail.com with your order number.
- Tell us which item(s) you want to return and why.
- We will reply within 1 business day with return instructions and a prepaid shipping label.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging and attach the label.
- Drop it off at the nearest Omniva or LP Express point.
